About SimpleGo

Mission
What is SimpleGo?
SimpleGo is the world's first native C implementation of the SimpleX Messaging Protocol outside the official Haskell codebase. It creates dedicated, secure messaging hardware that operates independently of smartphones and major tech platforms. The project encompasses three hardware tiers — from open-source maker devices to premium security appliances — all running bare-metal firmware with triple-layer per-message encryption, no baseband processor, and no persistent user identity.
Origin
Made in Germany
Designed, developed, and assembled in Recklinghausen, Germany. All hardware prototypes are hand-assembled using the highest-quality components without compromise. Server infrastructure operates exclusively from German data centers under strict EU data protection regulations (GDPR).

Ecosystem
SimpleX Network Foundation
SimpleGo is recognized by the SimpleX protocol founder and participates in the SimpleX Network Foundation Consortium. The project operates independently while maintaining full protocol compatibility with the broader SimpleX ecosystem.
